Sun and storms in the last days of February in Northern California

In these last days of February, we had much rain and many storms
but in between, we got a couple of days of sun. Lake Merced: youth rowing by, ducks watching the waters.

On the last sunny day of the month, I was walking in the Golden Gate park by the Museum, admiring the flowers in bloom, when this beautiful white heron arrived, walked graciously all around the pond, then flew away.

Then the sky turned gray, the storm was approaching and the rain came back.
